# How to invest liquidity on DeDust

By investing liquidity in BOLT/TON or any other pair, you can start earning on commissions. Since your share will be in the common pool where trades are executed, you - as a liquidity provider can earn on commissions that DeDust transfers to liquidity providers for securing trades.

To invest liquidity, you must click on the **Create pool**

Then we will see the detailed information of the selected pool. To invest, click **Deposit**

It is worth noting that a liquidity pool must be populated with a pair where the amount of the first and second token is equivalent at the time of deposit into the pool.

For correct operation it is necessary to keep about 1 TON on the balance to pay commissions. On average, about 0.08± gas is spent for swap, about ≈0.25 for liquidity provision.
