Command +send ban & mute

A unique feature that allows you to ban a user from posting for a certain amount of time and the cost (number of tokens) of removing this restriction .

Examples of commands that the bot allows you to use in chats.

By sending a message to the user. The bot must have chat administrator rights.

+send mute - User will not be able to send messages in chat for 12 hours. By default, mute will be accomplished by paying the bill for 1 BOLT

+send mute 96h 500 - the user will not be able to write for 96 hours with the possibility of demutualization by paying a 500 BOLT bill.

+send mute 2d 100 scale - A user will not be able to write 48 hours with the ability to unmute for 100 SCALE.

+send ban - works similarly, with the condition that if the user has not activated the huiliti-bot, they cannot be banned.
